Introducing Chef Ho Kin Yip, new Executive Chinese Chef at Shang Palace!
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chef Ho has nearly 30 years of culinary experience and has a deep understanding of Cantonese cuisine. In the past, Chef Ho has glorious experiences, he worked at Lung King Heen which Michelin food fans must be familiar with, to name one. Right now, Chef Ho insists to focus more on seeking Taiwanese local and seasonal ingredients, in order to create a perfect dish that will make guests repeat the taste. In the future, Chef Ho will continue to explore and innovate in creating dishes.
